1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the yamanmax website at yamanmax.vu, registering an account, or using any part of the platform — including the mobile app, games, sports betting, and payment features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the yamanmax platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. yamanmax will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

• Never share your login details with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Do not use the same password across multiple platforms or accounts.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC verification is required before withdrawals are processed. Required documents are standard Philippine government-issued IDs.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on yamanmax are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits may be made through supported Philippine online banking channels, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Withdrawals are processed back to a Philippine bank account or supported local e-wallet registered in your name.

• Currency: PHP only. No foreign currency, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment processors not listed by yamanmax are accepted.
• Ownership: Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Verification: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may be held pending review if documentation is incomplete or inconsistent.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games on the yamanmax platform — including slots, live casino tables, fish games, eBingo, online poker, and sports betting — are governed by their own individual game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets.

Results in all games of chance (slots, live casino, eBingo, fish games) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live game outcomes. yamanmax does not manipulate game results.

In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or software malfunction during a game round, yamanmax reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. All decisions by yamanmax regarding disputed game rounds are final.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the yamanmax platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that plays on your behalf or provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including poker, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any form of financial crime.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Depositing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or yamanmax staff in any channel.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

yamanmax reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The account holder has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Required identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable time.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied.

Where an account is closed due to breach of terms, yamanmax may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact support.
